Показатель МСФО, характеризующий денежные притоки и оттоки от финансовой деятельности компании. Притоки могут быть связаны, напр., с вторичным размещением акций в расчете на рост капитала на фондовом рынке, оттоки — с распределением дохода среди акционеров или выполнением обязательств перед кредиторами. Формула расчета: Чистый выпуск акций – Выплаченные дивиденды (суммарно) + Выпуск долговых обязательств (облигации и кредиты) – Платежи в покрытие облигаций и кредитов – Выплаты процентов и прочие статьи финансовых денежных потоков = Денежный поток от финансовой деятельности. Этот показатель имеет тот недостаток, что самостоятельное его использование лишено смысла, он может применяться только в сочетании с другими общефирменными показателями.
